Source of Raw Material

Through more than 10 years cooperation, we established strategic relationship with few Tier One mills in China. Those NORSOK M650 certificated mills have state of art equipment, use virgin material rather than scrape and adopt vacuum melting and ESR process.

Incomming Inspection

We conduct  incomming inspection of raw materials per every heat lot. We check chemical composition, conduct Metallographic analysis, and perform a number of mechanical properity tests according to ASTM requirements.  

We often pre-agree with customer about the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) before we execute the order.
